Processing Time (What This Means)

Processing time is the time it takes for us to prepare, pack, and ship your order — before it is handed over to the mail carrier.

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or the shipping time shown at checkout.

Our current processing time is:

  • 3–7 business days

Examples:

  • If you choose 2-day shipping, this means 2 days AFTER the 3–7 business day processing window.

  • Choosing faster shipping does not speed up processing time.

If you order during restocks, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.


Shipping & Delivery Time

Delivery time begins after your order has finished processing and has been handed over to the carrier.

Typical U.S. delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive:

  1. Order Confirmation Email

  2. Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number once your order ships

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

What carrier is my order shipped through?

Most orders are shipped through:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • UPS (depending on weight and location)

The carrier will be listed on your shipping confirmation email.


How can I track my package?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:

  • Your tracking number

  • A direct link to track your package through USPS or UPS

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.


Where is my package?

If your tracking shows “In Transit,” “Arriving Late,” or “Delayed,” this means your package is still moving through the carrier’s system.

For additional information, you can contact the carrier directly:

  • UPS: 1-800-742-5877

Please note that once your package is handed off to the carrier, delivery time is fully dependent on them.


My package says “Delivered” but I haven’t received it.

If your package is marked Delivered but you don’t see it:

  1. Verify your shipping address

  2. Check your mailbox, parcel lockers, front door, side door, and neighbors

  3. Wait 48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early

  4. Contact USPS or UPS to open a missing package claim

Once a package is marked Delivered, The Curl Lounge ATL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We recommend shipping to a secure location to avoid theft.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally.
International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination country.

Please note:

  • International orders may take 7–21+ business days to arrive depending on the country and customs processing.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or additional charges required by their country.

  • These fees are not included in your order total and are collected by your local postal or customs office.

  • Shipping carriers for international orders may include USPS International, UPS International, or other global carriers depending on your region.

Tracking updates for international packages may take longer to appear and may stop once the package reaches the destination country’s customs department.


Lost, Delayed, or Stuck in Customs (International Orders)

Once a package leaves the United States, delivery timelines are controlled by your country’s postal/customs system. The Curl Lounge ATL is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays

  • Packages held by customs

  • International tax/fee charges

  • Packages marked “Delivered” in the destination country but not located by the recipient

If your package appears delayed or stuck:

  • Contact your local postal service

  • Contact your country’s customs office

  • Provide your tracking number for additional details


How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address

  • The weight of your order

  • The shipping method selected

You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.


Additional Shipping Policies

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Missing apartment/unit numbers

  • Delivery delays due to address issues

If a package is returned due to address errors, a reshipment fee will apply.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Return to Sender

If a package is returned for any reason (incorrect address, unclaimed, delivery failure), you will need to pay a reshipping fee to have it sent again.
Orders returned to sender are not eligible for cancellation or refund.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, The Curl Lounge ATL is no longer responsible.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for lost or stolen packages marked delivered.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide photos of the product, packaging, and damage

  • Keep all packaging

We will review your claim and determine if a replacement or store credit is appropriate.


Pre-Orders & Back-Ordered Items

Orders containing pre-order or back-ordered items may ship together once all items are available unless separate shipping is requested (additional fees may apply).
