Return & Refund Policy

At The Curl Lounge ATL, we are committed to providing exceptional service, education, and high-quality products. To ensure fairness and clarity for all clients, the following policies apply to all services, retail items, digital products, and shipped orders.


Service Refund Policy

All service sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for any salon services, including curl services, color services, treatments, styling, or consultations.

If you have concerns about your service:

  • Please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment.
  • When appropriate, a complimentary adjustment may be offered.

  • Adjustments must be performed by the original stylist and only apply if the hair has not been altered at home or by another professional.


Retail Product Returns & Exchanges

All retail product purchases are final sale.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Unopened products may be eligible for exchange within 7 days, provided:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

  • You provide the original receipt or proof of purchase


Digital Products

All digital items—including eBooks, guides, and downloadable content—are non-refundable under all circumstances.


Deposits / Retainers

All deposits and retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled outside of the allowed timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited.


No-Show & Late Cancellation Fees

Fees associated with late cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows must be paid before booking any future appointments.
Failure to pay required fees will result in permanent booking restrictions.


Gift Cards

Gift cards are final sale, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash.


Shipping & Order Policies

Return to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout

  • The package not being claimed or picked up

  • Delivery failure due to customer error

A reshipment fee will be required to send the package again.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we do not cancel or refund orders returned for these reasons.

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout to avoid delays.


Damaged or Incorrect Products (Via Mail)

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the package, the product, and any visible damage

  • Keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved

We will review the issue and, when applicable, replace the damaged item or issue a store credit.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, The Curl Lounge ATL is no longer responsible for the package.

If a package is lost, stolen, or misdelivered:

  • You must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim

  • We will assist by providing any needed tracking or documentation

  • Replacements or refunds will not be issued for packages marked as delivered

We recommend shipping to a secure location to prevent theft.


Agreement to Policies

By booking an appointment or making a purchase with The Curl Lounge ATL, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed on this page and throughout our website.


Please note: If you are new to your curly hair journey you hair may take a couple months to detox any silicones, sulfates or any old products from the hair. We ask you trust the process and give your hair time to adapt! The road to healthy, hydrated curls is not a fast one!
